How long does it take for my BRO-K hamper to arrive?

We send out the BRO-K hampers on the next business day after the order is placed. With standard postage it usually takes 4-8 business days to arrive. With express postage it usually takes 2-4 business days to arrive. Due to the pandemic, some shipments can be slightly delayed. Please check your tracking information if your package has not arrived within the time frame and contact us.

How do I add beer to my BRO-K hamper?

If you would like to add 2 Australian craft beers to any hamper, simply go to the products page and add them to your cart. Please note these are only available for sale to persons over the age of 18 and only as an add on to any BRO-K hamper and not for sale on their own.

How much does postage cost?

Standard postage costs $10 and express postage costs $15.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Australia.

Will there be an invoice inside the BRO-K hamper?

No, we do not send an invoice with the hamper. The invoice is emailed to the purchaser.
